Questions guests ask before they book

When is peak season?

Peak season runs 10 December – 10 January and 26 – 29 March 2027. Peak-season rates and longer minimum stays apply then; each house shows both.

What do we pay besides the nightly rate?

An admin fee of R850 per booking and a refundable key and breakage deposit (R1 000–R2 000, shown on each house page).

What time is check-in?

Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out by 10:00.

Is bed linen supplied?

Yes, at almost every house. Bring your own bath and beach towels; each house page lists what’s supplied.

Can we bring our dog?

Some of our houses take pets. See our pet-friendly holiday homes.

Do you have discounts for pensioners?

Many of our houses give pensioners 10% off outside peak season; the house page says if it does.
