Holiday booking terms

Fees

Each booking has a non-refundable administration fee of R850 and a refundable key and breakage deposit, shown on each house page.

Minimum stays

Each house shows its minimum stay, which is longer in peak season (10 December – 10 January and 26 – 29 March 2027).

Check-in and check-out

Check-in from 14:00; check-out by 10:00.

Cancellations

If you cancel, the admin fee is not refunded and a 15% cancellation fee applies. If you cancel less than 30 days before your arrival date (especially for December), we’ll only consider a refund if the house is re-let for the same dates and length of stay. If a government travel ban stops you reaching the house, we’ll refund you less the cancellation fee and the admin fee.

Pets

Pets only at houses marked pet-friendly, and only as agreed when you book.

Long-term leases and property sales have their own agreements; these terms cover holiday stays only.
